Customer Service Executive

Our client is a local franchise of a prestigious and celebrated multinational hair-salon brand, known as a global trendsetter within the hair industry. They have grown to great heights in Sri Lanka and are located at the heart of Colombo city. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive.

General qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and documentation
• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with knowledge of Sinhala being essential
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a good team player
