Bamboo Card is expanding its global gaming distribution business in loyalty, rewards,
telco, fintech and gaming sectors and is seeking a Business Development Manager fluent
in English, with additional languages a plus. This role will focus on driving relationships
with publishers, distributors, and enterprise clients in different sectors to scale digital
game and gift card distribution globally
Responsibilities
- Own the gaming category, including catalog management, pricing strategy, and new
- title acquisitions.
- Source and negotiate with global publishers, distributors, and authorized sellers.
- Drive B2B sales to enterprise clients, resellers, and marketplaces worldwide.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches, promotions,
- and bulk programs.
- Maintain CRM pipeline, track KPIs, and report performance metrics.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform business
- growth
Requirements
5+ years in gaming distribution, publishing, or e-commerce B2B sales. Previous experience in Travel, Banking, or Fintech is an additional advantage.
Fluency in English is mandatory. Candidates must also be fluent in at least one additional language: Chinese, Spanish, Turkish, French, Portuguese, Bahasa, or Vietnamese.
Proven record in B2B sales, negotiating deals, and scaling digital catalogs.
Experience with API integrations, SFTP, or digital delivery tools.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for the gaming industry and familiarity with global platforms (Xbox, PlayStation, Steam).
