Position: Data Governance Architect

Budget: Maximum THB 200,000

Job Descriptions:

Program Implementation & Support:

Work closely with the Data Governance Architect and stakeholders to translate the data governance strategy into actionable steps.

Assist in the selection and configuration of data governance tools.

Develop and document data governance policies, procedures, and workflows.

Define and implement data quality standards and metrics.

Train users on data governance policies and procedures, ensuring program adoption.

Data Ownership & Stewardship:

Facilitate the establishment of data ownership models and assign data steward responsibilities.

Collaborate with data stewards to define data quality expectations and ownership guidelines.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to data stewards in their roles.

Data Management & Security:

Assist in the implementation of data classification schemes to categorize data based on sensitivity.

Work with IT teams to ensure data security and access controls are aligned with data governance principles.

Identify and address potential data quality and security risks.

Change Management & Communication:

Develop communication plans to raise awareness of data governance initiatives.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate users on data governance policies and tools.

Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns throughout the implementation process.

Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of the data governance program.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics

Overall 10 years++ of experience in IT field or data field

With 3-7 years of experience as data governance, data analyst, data pipeline development or related. .
