About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international team in Krakow. In this role, you will focus on building long-term customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting business growth within a technology-driven environment.
This position combines customer interaction, consultative selling, and account development in a fast-paced global setting.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct consultative conversations with business clients
Handle objections and support the full sales cycle
Work towards revenue and performance targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer needs
Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline
Requirements
German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
1+ year of sales experience (B2B, outbound, or account development preferred)
Experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
Understanding of cloud-based or technology solutions is an advantage
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
Willingness to relocate to Krakow
