Description

Your responsibilities

  • Manage medium to large projects using Agile/Scrum or other methodologies.
  • Commit in project success and people development.
  • Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/ or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication.
  • Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed.
  • Plan, monitor, report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and project costs.
  • Participate in project estimation and bidding phase when needed.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System.
  • At least 8 years of overall experience in software development.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in managing teams and/ or projects.
  • Good at project management, people management, and leadership.
  • Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills.
  • Able to learn and adapt to specific contexts, ELCA way of work, and culture.

Nice to have

  • Certificate in Agile/ Scrum
  • Certificate in project management
