Our Information and Technology Services division is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to partner with business and technology teams in delivering effective, high-quality system solutions.

Salary range: $93,250 to $134,500

Key Responsibilities

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including development of test plans, coordination of execution, defect tracking, and validation prior to release

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements

• Develop functional specifications, process flows, system designs, and integration requirements

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and cost effectiveness

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and ITS teams

• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to drive alignment and informed decision-making

• Triage and coordinate resolution of production incidents and system issues

• Maintain clear documentation and traceability between requirements and deliverables

• Support change management, training initiatives, and continuous process improvement efforts

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role

• 5+ years of experience creating functional and technical designs

• 3+ years of experience developing test plans, test scripts, and performing system testing, including regression and stress testing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar

• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA

• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or workflow systems

• Experience working with AI tools preferred
