Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs that support employee performance and organizational growth. This role partners with business leaders and HR to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with strategic goals, compliance requirements, and a culture of continuous improvement. Ideal candidates are adept at instructional design, facilitation, and learning evaluation, with the ability to inspire learners at every level.

Core Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Planning

• 
  Conduct training needs analysis with department heads and HR.
• 
  Develop and execute blended learning programs aligned with organizational priorities.

Program Design & Development

• 
  Create instructor‑led content, eLearning modules, job aids, and learning materials.
• 
  Collaborate with SMEs to ensure relevance, accuracy, and compliance.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• 
  Facilitate onboarding, leadership, compliance, and professional development sessions.
• 
  Support skill enhancement initiatives tailored to teams across the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement & Support

• 
  Partner with HR, business units, and external vendors to maximize learning impact.
• 
  Promote knowledge sharing and establish learning best practices.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 
  1–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development.
• 
  Demonstrated ability in training facilitation and instructional design.
• 
  Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors).
• 
  Experience with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva).
• 
  Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• 
  Experience in healthcare or regulated industries and relevant certifications (e.g., ATD/CPLP) is advantageous.
