About the Role

Were looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer with strong experience in NodeJS and ReactJS to join a dynamic, tech-driven environment. Youll work on modern web and mobile products for global clients across diverse industries with a strong focus on clean architecture, performance, scalability, and great user experience.

What Youll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using NodeJS and ReactJS.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and back-end systems.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and UI/UX Designers to turn business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in pair programming and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

• Apply modern development practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD, and code reviews.

• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and frameworks (NestJS, Redux, etc.).

Requirements

Must Have:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with NodeJS.

• 2+ years of experience with ReactJS or similar (VueJS, Angular, Svelte).

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and XP methodologies (TDD, Refactoring, CI).

• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions).

• Understanding of security, performance, and scalability best practices.

• Familiarity with NoSQL, Message Queues, or IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
