We are looking for a team member with the following qualifications to be assigned as a “Customer Care Executive (Certification)” in the Certification Department.

  • College graduate
  • At least 2 years of work experience (Preferably in planning or customer relations)
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Customer-focused
  • Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Preferably fluent in English
  • No military obligations (for male candidates)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and coordinate supplier audits in accordance with auditor criteria and customer expectations
  • Meet monthly customer relationship targets
  • Conduct invoice, payment, and expense reviews for projects and auditors, and enter the data into the relevant database.
