Job Summary
The BD Associate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding business owners (merchants) to use Flexi MFB’s Pay With Transfer solution. This is a field-based role that requires daily engagement with customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Approach and engage business owners in markets and commercial areas
• Educate customers on the benefits of Pay With Transfer (PWT). Prior experience not required, training will be provided.
• Onboard and assist merchants in opening business accounts
• Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets
Requirements
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Immediate resumption is prioritized.
• Must reside in Lagos, Ogun, Abia or Anambra
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven
