(Senior) Accountant

Job Responsibilities

· Handle full set of commodity trading accounts, consolidated profit & loss, balance sheet, financial statements & assist in month end closing

· Prepare cash flow forecast and plan for funding requirements

· Handle daily account payable & receivable

· Prepare monthly schedules, various analysis reports and general ledger

· Work with the external auditors during the interim and year-end audit, ensure proper accounting records and financial reporting standards are followed

· Responsible for all tax and other statutory returns

· Prepare management reporting, budgeting and various analysis reports

· Perform ad hoc-projects

Requirements

· Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance and other related disciplines

· Qualified CPA (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent) is preferred

· Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in handling full sets of accounts

· A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

· Detail minded, well-organized, able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure independently

· Experience in using accounting system an advantage

· Proficiency in MS Excel

· Familiar with MS Office applications, Chinese word processing

· Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
