We are hiring a Corporate Sales Manager to lead and grow corporate partnerships and sales revenue for a leading hotel chain. This is a field-intensive role involving client meetings, corporate tie-ups, and managing a team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage high-value corporate accounts
Lead contract negotiations with clients and travel partners
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies
Conduct corporate visits and presentations
Monitor market trends and competitor movements
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts
Collaborate across departments to ensure top-tier service delivery
Attend trade shows and industry networking events
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business
10-12 years of corporate sales experience in hospitality
Strong corporate client network in Mumbai
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation & closing abilities
Proficient in MS Office and IDS software
Willingness to travel extensively
Age: 35-40 years, with a well-groomed, professional presence
