Description
Working with our Business Development Managers, Account Managers and our internal partners and be the voice of GS to our clients and plan advisors. Speak regularly with plan administrators and plan advisors in answering questions and problem solving their issues. Educate and empower clients and plan advisors on GS processes and tools such as plan administration online. Play a key role in implementing new clients or plan amendments and facilitating unique enrolment and benefit administration requirements. Required to attend client meetings including new group implementations, employee meetings, problem solving sessions, and general relationship building events. Assist Business Development Managers and Account Managers with plan advisor meetings, including the sharing of GS’s capabilities and our value proposition, as well as participate in finalist presentations. Our clients and Account Executives will rely on you to pull quality information out of Advantage by running various reports.
