Job Title: Senior Finance Reconciliation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex bank and merchant reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy across financial records.

• Manage cost reconciliation and provide detailed monthly reports with insights for cost optimization.

• Drive process automation initiatives to improve reconciliation efficiency and reduce cycle times.

• Coordinate with payment gateways and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction flow.

• Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reconciliation or financial accounting, ideally in fintech or fast-paced environments.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with financial systems or ERP tools.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, proactive work style.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
