Summary: HR Assistant is responsible for supporting the HR department with administrative and coordination tasks, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

  1. Assist with Basic HR administrative tasks

  2. Assist in Handling routine communication, including emails, messages, and online inquiries.

  3. Assist with maintaining digital records and shared files.

  4. Prepare and update simple reports, spreadsheets, or forms.
  5. Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time while working independently.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
  7. Participate in Virtual meetings and take notes when required.
  8. Conduct basic online research and data collection as assigned

Education and Certification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
