Description

Key Responsibilities:
Market Development & Sales Growth
  • Lead the business development of GFRP permanent reinforcement, GFRP rockbolts, and AAA active anchors solutions in China.
  • Identify, target, and convert new opportunities in tunneling, mining, transportation infrastructure, hydro projects, and deep excavation sectors.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and growth plans for assigned product lines.
Distributor Network Expansion
  • Build a structured distributor network across China except Guangdong, ensuring coverage of priority provinces and strategic market segments.
  • Evaluate, select, onboard, and train new distributors to meet DBPG’s commercial and technical standards.
  • Drive distributor performance through joint visits, product training, pricing coordination, and annual business planning.
Customer Engagement & Key Account Management
  • Establish strong relationships with engineering firms, contractors, design institutes, and major project owners.
  • Provide technical recommendations, product presentations, and early-stage project influence to win specifications.
  • Track major projects (tunnels, metros, mines, slope stabilization, etc.) and convert them into sales opportunities.
Technical Knowledge & Support
  • Build deep knowledge of GFRP reinforcement technology, installation methods, and application standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support project design, bidding, and jobsite implementation.
  • Gather customer feedback and support new product/solution development.
Strategy & Reporting
  • Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market shifts to support strategy and pricing decisions.
  • Provide structured monthly reports on activities, pipeline status, distributor performance, and market intelligence.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (leads, opportunities, contacts) and accurate forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in construction materials, underground solutions, or geotechnical systems.
  • Good command of English.
  • Knowledge of anchoring systems, or mining/tunneling solutions (GFRP experience preferred).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers, contractors, and design institutes; strong presentation skills.
