Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned technical accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans for our technical teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project commitments and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, performance metrics, and enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field, ideally within a technical or software environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
