ERP Project Manager (Contract)

Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)

About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the media and entertainment industry, is undertaking a company-wide Odoo ERP implementation to streamline operations and support future growth. To lead and coordinate this rollout, we are hiring an experienced ERP Project Manager on a contract basis.

This role will act as the key liaison between internal business teams and an external Odoo implementation partner, ensuring that the system is aligned with operational needs, delivered on schedule, and fully adopted by end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle from planning through to post-implementation support.

• Process Alignment: Work with functional leaders to understand and map current business workflows, aligning them with ERP capabilities.

• Vendor Coordination: Oversee and coordinate with the external Odoo implementation partner to ensure accurate configuration and timely delivery.

• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Testing & QA: Drive user testing and feedback cycles to validate system readiness.

• Training & Change Management: Support the rollout of training initiatives and drive user adoption across teams.

• Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify potential implementation challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure issues are resolved proactively.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a strong track record in ERP or enterprise software rollouts.

• Familiarity with Odoo ERP or similar ERP platforms is required.

• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Experience working with external vendors and aligning technical delivery with business needs.

• Excellent communication skills in Thai (English proficiency is a plus).

• Industry experience in media, entertainment, or production environments is a bonus but not essential.

• Engagement Type: Consulting contract

• Duration: 12 months (with the possibility of extension)

• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
