Your new responsibilities
- End-to-end project management for product, IP or technology development activities for Full Service Foundry
- Develop project plans with the Technical Project Lead, checking for resourcing requirements, logistical constraints, lead-times and other dependencies, covering the entire development lifecycle, from Project Start to Project Close
- Challenging all project contributors on all their estimates and deliverables in the pursuit of achieving R&D excellence
- Driving project execution and coordinating activities of various internal and external teams in accordance with defined product development process ensuring that projects reach each milestone on time, on budget and on spec.
- Completing and supporting project risk assessments, including anticipation of obstacles and preparing contingency plans
- Lead problem resolution and seeking alternative paths when faced with setbacks
- Track and report project progress using project management standards like IPMA and/or PMI, escalating issues to management when necessary
