Support Technical interface with the customer
-  Support Ichikoh in the technical discussions with the customer 
- Support Ichikoh to promote the LCP standard solutions at the customer
- Assist Ichikoh during the customer system tests (benches and vehicles tests) and support Ichikoh to report the technical problems resolution to the customer

Communicate with Platform Design Centers and Valeo sites
- Facilitate the communication between Isehara LCP teams and Platform Design teams (Foshan and the SW team in Cairo & Wuhan)
- Identify misunderstanding on both sites and set up the necessary calls to clarify

Support the product requirements clarification
- Support the communication to align Customer requirements with LCP standard requirements
- Identify the customer key requirements upfront (the ones that can be deviated and the ones that cannot) and communicate to LCP 
- Support the requirement elicitation between LCP Isehara & LCP design centers 

Planning alignement
- Communicate to the PM the on going change and possible future change requests coming from Toyota or Ichikoh
- Support the communication for planning alignement between LCP Ichikoh and Platform Project Manager and R&D PTM

System Validation
- Align the benches and test set up as issues can be reproduced easily
- Assist Head Lamp and ECU Local Validation team and clarify with Platform Design Centers the issue reproduction
- Assist the Scanner set up in Ichikoh
- Participate to the night drive and support the issues clarification to Platform Design team

Design quality assurance
- Problem solving with Valeo design team (system design, SW design, etc.)
- Review with customers (if possible to communicate in Japanese)
- Support the LLC preparation and communication to the customer
