This position is ideal for somebody with strong organisational skills, a passion for Japan travel, and previous experience managing customer service operations within the travel industry. Description du poste Main Responsibilities Working with the sales manager to develop and maintain relationships with B2B travel agencies and partners Assisting customers throughout the booking and travel process Assisting the sales team with both B2C and B2B enquiries and bookings Designing and reviewing tailor-made travel itineraries to Japan Supervising supporting and coordinating the small customer service team in Germany Coordinating shipping and logistics processes related to travel documents and products Monitoring stock levels and ensuring operational organisation Supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks when required Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times Dealing with any administrative and ad-hoc requests related to the smooth running of the Berlin office and the International team.
