Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead teams in business analysis, design, development, implementation, optimization,
• maintenance, and troubleshooting of software programs and applications
• Conduct meetings/presentations with customers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to software
• development methodologies and best practices, and meeting quality standards and business

objectives:

• Proposal writing
• Competencies & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems,
• information technology, or similar.
• Strong technical background and expertise in software development, combined with
• effective leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Ability to keep up with software industry trends and innovation.
• Good organisational skills and abilities
• A minimum of 10 years' experience within a similar role
• Ability to mentor software developers, as well as to collaborate with all stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in liaising with customers and conduct presentations/meetings
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
