Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with Thai accounting and tax regulations, and support accurate financial reporting. The role will play a key part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting business decision-making in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Thai Accounting Standards (TAS) and TFRS.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, WHT, CIT, and other statutory returns in Thailand.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making.
• Assist in system improvements, process optimization, and ERP/accounting software usage.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 to 12 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in multinational companies or reputed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards (TAS/TFRS) and local tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with VAT, WHT, and corporate tax compliance in Thailand.
• Experience in audit coordination and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Good communication skills in English and Thai (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA Thailand or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or trading industries.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
