The Opportunity

As part of the Integration Architecture team you will lead the architecture and technical strategy for migrating applications to AWS cloud. As a Manager you will motivate and inspire teams, đảm bảo project success while maintaining standards and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

About the role

We are seeking an AI-Native Full Stack Engineering Lead to lead the end-to-end modernization and migration of applications to AWS cloud. You will play a pivotal role in assessing current application portfolios, architecting migration paths, and delivering modernized full stack applications using best-in-class AWS services. The ideal candidate combines deep full stack expertise with strong architectural leadership. As an AI-native leader, you will set AI tool standards for your team, measure AI-driven productivity improvements, and mentor engineers on AI-assisted development workflows as the standard operating model. 

Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for AWS cloud migrations

- Assess existing application architectures and codebases for cloud readiness and modernization opportunities. 

- Design scalable, secure, and automated migration solutions for full stack applications (front-end, back-end, data layers). 

- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and automated deployments, incorporating AI-powered code quality gates and automated security scanning

- Develop and enforce cloud migration best practices, security policies, and governance. 

- Inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals and maintain quality standards

- Oversee project execution, maintaining timely delivery of quality results

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives

- Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development

- Analyze system requirements and propose innovative solutions

- Implement leading practices in cloud architecture and application development

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Integration Architecture team

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- 7 years of experience in IT and software development

- 3 years of experience with AWS cloud solutions

- AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional- E

xperience with migration tools like AWS Application Migration Service

-Daily proficiency with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or Kiro) with demonstrated ability to improve team productivity through AI tool adoption

-Experience measuring and reporting AI-driven productivity improvements across engineering teams. 

- Strong full stack development skills with front-end (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Java, Python, .NET) frameworks. 

- Experience with enterprise-scale applications and multi-account AWS environments

- Experience migrating monolithic, legacy, or on-premises applications to AWS (lift-and-shift, re-platforming, refactoring)

- Experience setting up automated CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
