Your Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email, providing quick and effective resolutions.
Case Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and solutions using the contact centers internal tool.
Issue Escalation: Recognize and prioritize urgent issues, escalating them to the appropriate team lead when needed.
Team Collaboration: Work both independently and in close coordination with your team, maintaining a high level of communication.
Customer Satisfaction: Deliver outstanding service while meeting or exceeding quality standards in all communications.
Performance Tracking: Maintain response time, handle time, and resolution rates as per project KPIs.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Take on additional responsibilities as necessary to enhance service or improve your own performance metrics.
Training Participation: Attend all required training sessions to stay up-to-date with the platform and continuously improve your skills.
What Were Looking For:
Language Proficiency: Upper-intermediate Danish (B2) and fluent English (C1) in both written and spoken communication.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in outsourced customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
Location Flexibility: Willingness to relocate to Riga or already based in Latvia.
Work Authorization: EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia is required.
Tech Skills: Strong computer literacy, with a typing speed of at least 50 wpm and 90% accuracy.
Positive Attitude: Friendly, optimistic, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
Team Spirit: Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility: Comfortable with shift hours and quick to adapt to changing priorities.
Background Check: Willing to undergo a background check as part of the recruitment process, with no criminal record.
