Job Title: B2B Business Development
- Key Responsibilities:

1) Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2) Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to consistently achieve sales targets.
3) Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' learning and development objectives.
4) Present our service offerings clearly and effectively, emphasizing value and ROI.
5) Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contracting process.
6) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
7) Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
8) Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Provide high-quality service and support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Qualifications:

1) Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2) At least 1 year experience in Business Development.
3) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4) Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
5) Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
