In this role you have the opportunity to be acting as a Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Lead accountable of assigned Markets to make sure that there is healthy balance between demand and supply on short/mid term, Sales and Inventory is optimized and Customers expectations in terms of timely and complete deliveries are met.
The role focuses on collaborating across the value stream, to deal with order exceptions and rebalance sales and supply execution with minimal disruptions. The S&OE lead will be responsible of end-to-end supply chain coordination of orders from handover from planning (allocation) status till revenue recognition, ensuring arriving to customer on time and resolving order issues with key stakeholders and driving results in a customer first attitude.
You are responsible for
Deploy a successful S&OE process ensuring that the S&OE meetings take place, gathering the required inputs, updating the models and integrated plans, preparing for the meeting, facilitating and summarizing them to drive decision making and prepare for the following weekly cycle respectively.
Build a strong integration between all aspects of supply and sales as well as with planning and execution between the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process and the weekly Sales and Operations Execution process through seamless integration and communication.
Keep participants in the process on track and moving toward managing execution priorities, balancing short term sales and supply dynamics and changes and managing exceptions to the approved monthly Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP).
Lead the end to end coordination of orders from allocation till revenue conversion via collaboration with regions, CPMs, order management team and supply planning team and other critical supply chain stakeholders to ensure resolving the exceptions proactively to ensure sales and supply is matched.
Drive improvement of execution in forecast and delivery accuracy, Customer delivery date reliability, provide strong expertise throughout the entire End-2-End (E2E) process, and strengthen operational planning capabilities at all levels.
Drive Level 2 and 3 Escalation process in order to maximize Customer Satisfaction and Revenue
Facilitate the short/mid-term customer orders planning and execution activities
Lead Sales & Operational Execution calls for dedicated Markets including Supply Planning, Markets Supply Chain, Factory Order Management functions
Ensure seamless linkage & communication loop between markets SCM, ISC and businesses to address proactively any issues.
Drive improvement initiatives to enable sales growth and inventory to maximize fulfillment of the demand in markets.
Use data driven approach to understand and identify the improvement opportunities. Apply the influencing skill to gain commitment from all stakeholders. Lead the execution activities to deliver on commitments.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain management).
7+ years of professional experience in supply chain and operations management.
Experience in value chain or supply chain planning processes such as S&OP, IBP and S&OE.
Ideally in-depth experience in the Health Systems industry. Business and commercial acumen and knowledge of finance, sales, manufacturing, logistics, installation functions.
Understanding of financial aspects and trade off implications of the value chain.
Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results.
Excellent MS excel skills and affinity with IT applications in general.
Works as part of a team towards a common goal, encourage diversity.
Problem Solving skills. Supports continuous improvement.
Skills in collaborating with and working with multiple stakeholders.
Good English verbal and written communication skills. Other languages beneficial.
