Our developers work in cross-functional Product teams containing all the expertise required to bring new features to life for our customers. As we scale more aggressively to pursue this vision, we need passionate and curious developers who can exponentially scale our product. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will have significant ownership and influence on the future of the product's interface.

The role has a focus on the delivery of product features and building out front-end applications with JavaScript.

You will need to dive into the interface layer and collaborate with the back-end engineers to define APIs.

You will be responsible for:

• Working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with designers and product managers to translate concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
• Crafting and delivering high-quality code that follows industry best practices and our standards.
• Supporting your colleagues by providing feedback on their code on a daily basis.
• Continuously growing and sharing your knowledge of emerging technologies and practices.
• Identifying opportunities to adopt cutting-edge technologies and driving their adoption.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience building and maintaining complex, production-grade frontend applications.
• Have deep expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred) and TypeScript.
• Can design scalable architectures and guide their implementation across teams.
• Are comfortable delivering complex features with unclear or partially defined requirements.
• Have strong knowledge of performance optimization and how to diagnose bottlenecks.
• Can identify architectural issues, propose pragmatic solutions, and drive improvements.
• Understand DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices.
• Have solid knowledge of common web security vulnerabilities and how to mitigate them.
• Communicate clearly and influence technical decisions within the team.
• Coach and mentor others, helping the team grow its technical capability and confidence.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and long-term thinking in your work

Nice-to-haves:

• Expertise in the creation of highly accessible code (W3C WCAG 2.0, ARIA)
• Experience working with Lean product development and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in a DevOps culture where both developers and operators share the responsibility of running systems, and familiar with SRE techniques.
• Experience or familiarity with the Quality Assistance process, passionate about delivering high-quality software, and understands that QA is everyone's responsibility, not just a separate team's job.
• Experience working with task workflow & continuous integration tools (JIRA Agile, Confluence, Bitbucket)
