About this Position Partner with HRBPs, LCM, SSC, C B team in GCN to provide excellent support related with lifecycle, C B, TM related topics. Support managers EEs on HR related process inquiries. Act as team player to look for improve opp0tunities, process optimization. Support on HR or biz projects if needed. What you´ll do Support Mgrs. EEs to ensure daily HR process implement correctly timely. Corporate with HRBP/ LCM/ C B on regular reports analysis, common biz initiatives roll out HR process/ policy/ initiatives implementation. Support HR annual activities (APR, RA, annual bonus etc.). Provide support on HR ad hoc projects. Continuous improvements on HRG work.
