We are a growing, well-established title agency seeking a dynamic, Sales Manager to expand our
business development efforts. This position requires a results-driven leader that can inspire a
high-performing sales team while expanding our market presence.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Manage and grow relationships with realtors and lenders
Coach and motivate a sales team to exceed targets
Identify new market opportunities
Drive new business development initiatives
Track performance metrics and ensure revenue targets are met


Qualifications:


A minimum of three (3) years of title industry experience with a proven record of
revenue growth and market penetration
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and title processes
Leadership experience
Established referral network in the real estate industry
