About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Sofia. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Spanish speaker with strong experience in outbound sales and cold calling. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building a solid sales pipeline within the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the Spanish market
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
Engage decision-makers and present company products/services effectively
Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems
Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience
Native or fluent Spanish (C1–C2 level required)
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Target-oriented mindset with resilience and drive
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
