Position: SCM Project Manager
Location: Krakow
In this role, you will proactively manage risks and coordinate cross-functional actions to secure stable and efficient supply flows.
How you'll make an impact
- Ensure sufficient upstream material supply to meet production commitments and prevent disruptions
- Translate demand signals into clear upstream material requirements based on planning outputs
- Partner with Category Management to monitor supplier capacity, performance, and development initiatives
- Lead capacity visibility and scenario planning to address demand variability and supply risks
- Establish and drive upstream supply governance, KPIs, and risk escalation routines
- Track supplier ramp-up, qualification, and readiness against project timelines
- Provide forward-looking insights on supply risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and act as the central point for upstream material readiness
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent (certifications such as APICS, CSCP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma are a plus)
- 8–12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Supplier Development, Supply Planning, or SCM projects)
- Strong expertise in multi-tier supply chains, sub-supplier capacity management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI or similar)
- Analytical mindset with experience in scenario modeling, risk management, and process standardization
- Fluent English (required); additional languages are an advantage
