As an Acceleration Center - QA Automation - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality engineering within our software and product innovation team. You will focus on implementing leading practice standards in software development and testing processes, using your experience to identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. Within our Tax practice, you will be part of a dynamic environment that combines technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the overall strategy and objectives of your projects.

Responsibilities

- Implementing quality assurance methodologies to enhance software development and testing processes
- Identifying and resolving defects to optimize software performance and user experience
- Conducting functional, compatibility, and performance testing to validate software quality
- Utilizing Selenium for browser automation to streamline testing procedures
- Designing and managing quality assurance processes to align with industry standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality engineering practices
- Developing test cases and protocols to support comprehensive software testing
- Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Managing post go-live support to address any emerging software issues
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions

What You Must Have

- Bachelor degree is required
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics
