We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Support Specialist to join our team. This role supports daily operations of our automotive service department and vehicle sales division by ensuring efficient customer service, accurate documentation, and organized administrative processes.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and assisting with service and sales needs

Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and sales staff

Maintain and organize service records, sales documents, and customer files

Handle data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to support daily operations

Assist in preparing and processing repair orders, invoices, and sales paperwork

Schedule appointments and follow up with customers regarding service updates

Support inventory tracking and basic office organization

Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)

Previous experience in automotive, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, service management software)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of automotive service processes or dealership operations

Experience with filing systems, invoicing, or CRM tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
