Job Title: Account Executive (German Speaker)

Overview

We are hiring a German-speaking Account Executive to join a global sales and advertising team in Sofia. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a background in digital marketing, customer retention, or tech advertising, looking to grow in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
Drive retention and reactivation strategies
Identify upsell and growth opportunities
Build strong client relationships and increase investment
Apply value-based selling techniques
Work closely with internal teams to optimize campaign performance

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience (digital, social media, or tech advertising preferred)
Experience in retention/reactivation strategies
Strong understanding of sales pipelines and strategy
Background in customer service, sales, or BPO environments
Marketing knowledge is a plus
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
German (C1+) + English (B2)

Working Conditions

Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
Hybrid model
Based in Sofia

Salary & Benefits

Salary: €2,103.60/month
Quarterly Bonus: €1,551.70
