Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various business requirements and designing effective solutions to meet client needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the overall system. Throughout the day, there is a focus on maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve performance and user experience. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to ensure alignment with project goals and timely delivery of quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
- Continuously improve development processes and suggest innovative approaches to enhance software quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
- Experience in designing, coding, and testing application components within SAP environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
