Aline is seeking a GTM Program Manager to lead Sales Enablement, Sales Readiness, and Training programs that drive predictable revenue performance. This role is responsible for ensuring our go-to-market teams are fully prepared to execute Aline’s enterprise growth strategy through scalable onboarding, training, and enablement programs.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Enablement Strategy & Program Ownership
    • Own the end-to-end GTM enablement roadmap, aligned to Aline’s revenue strategy, ICP focus, and growth priorities.
    • Design and execute quarterly and annual sales readiness plans, including onboarding, certifications, product launches, and methodology reinforcement.
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure enablement reflects real-world buyer journeys and deal motions.
  • Sales Readiness & Training
    • Lead new-hire onboarding for sales and GTM roles, reducing time-to-productivity through structured learning paths and milestones.
    • Develop and deliver ongoing training across:
      • Sales methodology and deal execution
      • Value-based selling and messaging
      • Product and roadmap enablement
      • Competitive positioning
      • Enterprise procurement, security, and compliance workflows
    • Build role-based readiness programs for AEs, SDRs, Sales Engineers, and Account Managers.
  • Content & Enablement Assets
    • Partner with Marketing and Product to create and maintain:
      • Sales playbooks
      • Talk tracks and value frameworks
      • Competitive battlecards
      • Demo and discovery guidance
      • Deal-stage enablement materials
    • Ensure enablement assets are current, easily accessible, and consistently used by the field.
  • Launch Excellence & Change Management
    • Own enablement for product launches, pricing/packaging updates, and GTM motions, ensuring sales teams are fully prepared before release.
    • Drive change adoption by reinforcing messaging, processes, and behaviors post-launch.
    • Act as the single point of orchestration for GTM enablement initiatives.
  • Measurement & Impact
    • Define and track enablement effectiveness using revenue-aligned metrics, including:
      • Time-to-productivity
      • Win rates and deal velocity
      • Pipeline conversion by stage
      • Training completion and certification attainment
      • Partner with RevOps to connect enablement efforts to forecast accuracy and revenue outcomes.
      • Continuously iterate programs based on data, feedback, and performance trends.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, GTM Program Management, or Sales Operations
  • Proven experience building scalable sales readiness programs in B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and complex deal cycles
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS
  • Excellent program management, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, HR tech, fintech, or regulated enterprise software
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Command of the Message)
  • Experience supporting PE-backed or high-growth environments
  • Hands-on experience with enablement and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, LMS platforms,
