We are seeking Systems Engineers (all levels) to provide mission-critical cyber and systems engineering support in a highly secure environment. This role leverages Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) experience to support strategic objectives related to national defense. Responsibilities

• Manage system and derived requirements to ensure delivery of production systems aligned with defined architectures (e.g., DoDAF, SOA).

• Assist in developing system and functional requirements and allocating them to hardware, software, facilities, and personnel components.

• Coordinate resolution of action items from Configuration Control Boards (CCB), design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews.

• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to design and evaluate new system capabilities.

• Allocate real-time processing and error budgets to system and subsystem components.

• Generate alternative system concepts, architectures, and design solutions.

• Define verification methods, processes, and evaluation criteria to ensure systems meet requirements.

• Develop system design solutions that satisfy functional and technical requirements.

• Review and contribute to work breakdown structures, work packages, and integrated master plans.

• Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation, including engineering plans, requirements specifications, and interface control documents.

• Participate in interface definition and configuration management throughout the system lifecycle.

• Analyze and derive stakeholder needs, implied functions, and operational requirements.

• Develop and validate lower-level requirements that are complete, correct, traceable, and verifiable.

• Support establishment and approval of system definitions, designs, interfaces, and test procedures.

• Develop derived requirements for Information Assurance and Security Services, including confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, access control, cryptography, and key management.

Qualifications

Required

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

• Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Years of Systems Engineering experience by level:

  • Level 0: 0 years (or 5 years without a bachelors degree)

  • Level 1: 7 years (or 12 years without a bachelors degree)

  • Level 2: 14 years (or 19 years without a bachelors degree)

  • Level 3: 20 years (or 25 years without a bachelors degree)

Desired

• Experience or familiarity with:
