This is an entry-level and full-time position with a working schedule from 9:00-17:00, for our offices based in Thermi.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing documents necessary for import/export procedures

• Reviewing shipping documents to ensure they are billed properly

• Communicating with shipping lines & customers to complete the import/export successfully

• Ensuring the company's database is updated

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure proper delivery of orders according to customer's requests

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Business Administration or related field

• Preferably experience of one year in an office setting

• Fluency in English language

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Customer-centric approach

• Attention to detail

• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
