Job Summary

XAD Technologies is seeking a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting talent acquisition activities for various technical and non-technical positions.

The candidate should possess strong communication skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Post job advertisements on recruitment portals, social media platforms, and company channels.

Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.

Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.

Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Ensure timely hiring for technical, engineering, IT, telecom, and corporate positions.

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with universities and institutes for internship and graduate hiring programs.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and recruitment procedures.

Requirements

1.Managerial Position worked experience is mendatory

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in technical recruitment, telecom, IT, engineering, or corporate hiring will be preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment software.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
Professional email drafting and reporting skills.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
