Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management standards, templates, and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and performance across the project portfolio.
• Support project managers with tools, guidance, and best‑practice methodologies.
• Consolidate project updates and prepare executive‑level reports for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and cross‑team coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• MBA required.
• Multi‑industry experience is required, with exposure to the Education sector considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
