Description
Overview The PMO ensures consistent project delivery, governance, and alignment with organizational strategy while supporting multiple cross‑functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project management standards, templates, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and performance across the project portfolio.
- Support project managers with tools, guidance, and best‑practice methodologies.
- Consolidate project updates and prepare executive‑level reports for leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and cross‑team coordination.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives.
- MBA required.
- Multi‑industry experience is required, with exposure to the Education sector considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
