Qualifications

Required Qualifications

8+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Experience in government or public sector
Experience in lieu of education accepted
Public exposure / public-facing systems experience
Located in or willing to work in Boston
Requirements gathering
System analysis & design
Data modeling
Government compliance frameworks
Process mapping
Testing & QA
Reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
SDLC methodologies
Analytical thinking
Stakeholder communication
