Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our Microsoft Licensing Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, experience in tele-sales or inside sales, and the ability to engage with business customers to promote Microsoft licensing, cloud, and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate Microsoft licensing and cloud solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team when required
- Explain product features, licensing models, pricing, and benefits to customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, renewals, and customer inquiries
- Stay updated on Microsoft products, licensing programs, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and email
- Target-oriented with a proven sales mindset
- Basic understanding of Microsoft products, cloud services, or software licensing is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tool
Qualifications (added advantage)
Experience selling Microsoft licenses, Microsoft 365, Azure, or other IT solutions
- Knowledge of volume licensing and subscription-based software mode
- Experience working with B2B customers, SMEs, or enterprise clients
