Position Summary

Develop new business opportunities within the market (Tug & Barge and Mother Vessel), with the objective being to improve and grow the organization's market position and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research for new customers and potential new markets.

- Create Data Analysis for new business / project (Including data collecting, processing and analysing Legal/Regulation Analysis-Review, financial review, investment needed & analysis).

- Approach potential clients, propose business solution for customer and conduct business negotiation.

- Develop business goals for the team and ensure they are met.

- Liaising with internal parties for relevant BDV matters (such as Legal, Finance/Accounting) and external parties (potential clients, government institution).

- Go Survey on site with relevant parties.

- Implementing new business & project and monitoring each phase, starting from creating Project Charter, Monitor Project Execution & Timeline.

- Maintain relationship with potential new customers and existing customers.

- Continuously update market knowledge & competitor analysis.

Job Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor's degree, any major

- Minimum 3 years of experiences in the same role

- Possess strong understanding of Tug & Barge and Mother Vessel market

- Proficient in English & Mandarin

- Placement at Sudirman office, Jakarta Pusat
