What You'll Do
As an Internship & Onboarding Coordinator, you will help manage the end-to-end internship process and ensure a positive experience for our interns and hiring managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating internship processes from onboarding to completion
- Communicating with students, managers, and internal stakeholders
- Preparing internship agreements and onboarding documentation
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintaining accurate records in internal systems and trackers
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, GDPR, and labour-law requirements
- Supporting various People & Organization projects and activities
What we're looking for
- Communicative and enjoys working with people
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Quick to learn and eager to develop new skills
- Proactive, reliable, and mature in their approach
- Interested in HR, People Operations, or business processes
Previous administrative experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. We will provide training and support to help you learn our processes.
What you bring
- University student status or equivalent experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- English at B2 level or above, fluent Czech language
