Job Overview

We are seeking a business-minded German Speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist to join a global leader in digital advertising solutions in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide critical backend assistance to corporate clients and advertisers using self-service marketing platforms. You will handle technical diagnostics, campaign troubleshooting, and feature optimization to help businesses maximize their online reach while ensuring exceptional service quality.

  • Work Mode: On-site (Based full-time at a modern, centrally located, and well-equipped corporate facility in Lisbon).

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end technical and operational troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat channels.
  • Diagnose technical bugs or delivery execution discrepancies related to online ad campaigns, platform setup tools, and automated system features.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to drive immediate resolution for high-priority support tickets.
  • Educate enterprise advertisers on software interfaces, optimization best practices, and recurring compliance guidelines.
  • Track individual productivity metrics, strict SLA timelines, and case-handling quality standards.
  • Share internal updates, platform insights, and recurring client feedback trends to support continuous product improvement.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native or C2 level German paired with a good command of English (approx. B2 level) for internal communication.
  • Domain Comfort: Practical familiarity with social media platforms, online campaigns, or foundational digital marketing mechanics.
  • Core Competencies: Detail-oriented problem solver with strong case analysis skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
  • Education & Experience (Plus): A degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus but not mandatory. Previous experience in technical customer support or a BPO setting is considered an asset.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time hours operating on rotational shifts.
  • Operational Timeframe: Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,466 Gross per month (paid across 12 months).
  • Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day.

  • For Candidates Outside Portugal:

    • Reimbursement of your inbound flight ticket up to €400 (paid out on the 6th month of employment).
  • For Candidates Inside Portugal:

    • The accommodation option is strictly available only to applicants transitioning directly from an immediate industry competitor.
