As a Data Engineer- Senior Manager, you will lead our Analytics and Insights Managed Services team, driving the transformation of analytics and insights to optimize processes for efficiency and client satisfaction. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills and experience to deliver client-centric solutions, focusing on operational excellence and IT services. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You interact with clients at a high level and drive overall project success. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to deliver end-to-end solutions. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and driving innovation in data integration, processing, analysis, and reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

- Strong understanding with traditional Dataware housing tools like DB2, SQL server

- Strong understanding Integration tools (ETL- Datastage, etc.) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SAS, SQL).

-Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, BBOJ)

-Good understanding of Data & Analytics services cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) like AWS Glue, EMR, ADF, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery etc.
- Leading the delivery of managed data analytics services, aligning projects with business requirements and timelines
- Guiding teams in implementing standardized processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Utilizing data analytics tools and cloud platforms to drive innovation in data integration and analysis
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive data solutions for clients
- Monitoring and managing service-level agreements and key performance indicators to maintain service quality
- Overseeing risk management and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Mentoring and developing a team of service managers and technical professionals to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Engaging in strategic client discussions and managing client relationships to address escalations and deliver solutions
- Participating in pre-sales activities, contributing to solution architecture and estimation frameworks
- Driving automation and process optimization in data analytics workflows to improve service delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
