As a Senior Associate in our Melbourne CFO Advisory team, you’ll play an important role in supporting the optimisation of Finance functions by delivering Assurance services and providing business advice to a broad range of clients from small, fast-growing companies to large entities.

What you’ll do:
Support Finance function modernisation: Helping the shift from transaction processing to data-led insights for trusted decision making
Assist in Process Optimisation: Participating in process modernisation, activity analysis, risk and control design, and continuous monitoring
Contribute to Finance System Implementation Support: Assisting with business cases, chart of accounts design, program management, and control design/assurance
Support Cost optimisation initiatives: Helping determine operating model and commercial benefits to fund modernisation programs
Assist with Transactional Change: Contributing to pre or post deal support including governance, accounting, integration, and synergy realisation
What we’re looking for:
2-4 years of experience in finance, ideally within financial transformation or advisory, and progress towards or completion of a recognised CA qualification
Ability to work effectively within teams and eagerness to learn from and support more senior colleagues
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, assisting with stakeholder engagements
Basic knowledge of industry practices and regulatory requirements, with a willingness to expand expertise in compliance and legal frameworks
