Description
TurnTime Transport LLC is seeking a detailed-oriented, problem-solving, and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-notch customer service to all clients and uphold the reputation of the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. When necessary, facilitate escalation to appropriate department.
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls, identify and assess customers' needs to achieve utmost satisfaction.
- Process customer orders and quotations, checking availability and suggesting substitutes for out-of-stock goods.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop specific sales strategies, and contribute to team effort by achieving specified targets.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks with varying deadlines, documenting conversations accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a vast knowledge of the company's product and service offerings, being able to articulate their value and benefits.
- Keep up-to-date with service changes, new products, and features.
Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a advantage.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, along with proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be accountable for actions taken.
