Customer Service Specialist (Portuguese & English)

Location: Athens, Greece
Schedule: Monday-Sunday, rotational shifts between 09:00 to 23:00
Gross Salary: 1,100 euros per month + performance bonus up to 110 euros

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist fluent in Portuguese (C2) and English (C1) to provide high-quality support to customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Fluency in Portuguese (C2) and English (C1)
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
